Unless explicitly stated otherwise, information appearing on the INISMa-CRIBC site is of a general and informative nature regarding the activities carried out by INISMa-CRIBC. As such it does not claim to be exhaustive.

Principles relating to the collection of personal data

In principle, access to information available on or via this site is given without having to provide personal data, such as name, postal address, email address etc.

Data received from you will go into INISMa-CRIBC’s files and be used only to respond to information requests made by you. In this case, the data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the law of 8 December 1992 on the processing of personal data.

This means in particular that:

  • Your personal data can only be collected and processed in accordance with the purposes indicated at the time it is collected;
  • You are entitled to consult your personal data, in order to check that it is correct and to have any errors therein corrected. To this end, you can contact V. Huart;
  • INISMa-CRIBC undertakes to take the utmost security measures in order to avoid third parties abusing personal data communicated by you.

Usage for statistical purposes of information relating to navigation

When you access the site, the servers consulted automatically collect the following data:

  • the IP address identified at the time of your connection;
  • the date and time of access to the site;
  • the pages viewed and the type of navigator (browser) used;
  • the platform and/or operating system installed on the PC;
  • the search engine and key words used to locate the site;
  • the files downloaded.

This information is only kept to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of the portal and to introduce improvements thereto.
